Studio Irvine

Studio Irvine is an architecture and design studio based in Milan specialized in product design, creative direction and architectural spaces in which there is a specific research on materials and surfaces.

Studio Irvine is run by the architect Marialaura Irvine and her cross-disciplinary philosophy denotes a constant inclination and curiosity towards all types of projects: from the design of a chair to the one of a surface; from the art direction of companies to architectural projects.

Casa Irvine is the domestic side of Studio Irvine. A place where design becomes experience, throught furniture, objects and materials that embody awareness, tactility and transformation.

Casa Irvine is a place for conscious living.

DustForms

Dustforms  is a study of transformation. Each piece is born from waste powders of marble, stone and glass: materials that once had a life, now finding a new one.

Through process and form, the collection celebrates imperfection, density and the poetry of matter.

The material is a 100% recycled glass or marble or stone, aggregate material that merges sustainability and innovation through an advanced production process. The granules are bound using a polymeric matrix containing a percentage of bio-based components derived from renewable sources.

This unique formulation provides high mechanical performance, wear resistance, and durability, while significantly reducing environmental impact.

The manufacturing process is designed to maximize the use of recycled resources, ensuring a long product lifespan and minimizing dependence on virgin raw materials. Each piece stands out for its exceptional aesthetic and functional qualities, making it a conscious choice for sustainable design. Choosing DustForms collection means embracing a technically advanced and eco-friendly solution, aligned with the highest standards of circular economy andenvironmental footprint reduction.
